Flooding at Apartment

These photos are from a unit in an apartment building in the Green Bay area. The building had a water leak that affected several areas inside. The before photo shows water and debris on the kitchen floor. The after photo shows the drying and clean up job in the same room. It was important we moved quickly to dry the water that had gotten into the unit, because the longer water sits on materials, the more damage can result. That damage includes warping and weakening of flooring, as well as mold growth. We treated other parts of the building during this project as well.
