Sump Pump Failure

After a spring blizzard that left about two feet of snow all over Northeast Wisconsin, SERVPRO of West Brown County had several clients call us because their sump pumps failed. This is a common problem following storms of all kinds. The before photo shows the source of the failure, which led to unwanted water in a Green Bay area home. The after photo in this case shows our equipment set up to start the drying process to get rid of that water. This serves as a good reminder to check your sump pump every so often to ensure it's working properly!
